At least 1 qualified candidate within 7 days*
Once the search requirements have been validated in writing, we commit to presenting at least one qualified candidate within the next 7 days.
If we fail to meet that commitment, we waive 100% of our placement fee on the first successful hire from that search.
*Applies exclusively to eligible Direct Hire searches after written validation of the role, must-have requirements, seniority, location/work arrangement, and compensation parameters. A candidate is considered qualified if they meet the agreed must-haves and have confirmed interest and availability. The waiver applies only to MaxIT's placement fee and does not include salary, compensation, payroll, contractor, staffing, or outsourcing costs.

Does the 7-day guarantee also apply to Staffing?
No. The commitment to present at least one qualified candidate within 7 days applies exclusively to eligible Direct Hire searches and begins after written validation of the position requirements.
